Terms of Service

Last updated: August 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of getresonance.space and, once launched, the GetResonance product. By joining the waitlist or using the product, you agree to these terms.

GetResonance is operated by Kareen McKinnon, a sole proprietor based in Belleville, Ontario, Canada, and these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.

1. What GetResonance is

GetResonance is an evidence-based personality read, built on the Big Five (OCEAN) framework, generated from material you choose to provide, such as your own AI conversation history. It describes patterns in your own words, in plain language, not as a score or a type label.

2. What GetResonance is not

3. Accuracy and limitations

A GetResonance read reflects patterns found in the material you provide. It is only as accurate and complete as that material allows, and it should be treated as a description, not a verdict. We work to keep reads evidence-grounded and bounded against overreaction to a single data point, but no automated read is a perfect or complete account of who you are.

6. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract to deliver the product by any particular date, or at all. We'll only use your email to notify you about GetResonance, and you may unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetResonance and its operator are not liable for decisions made based on a GetResonance read, including decisions made by third parties who receive a read shared with them by the person it describes. The product is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone with an active account before they take effect.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@getresonance.space.

This is a draft appropriate for GetResonance's current pre-launch stage. Before the product accepts real user data at scale, or is marketed toward any employment-adjacent use case, this document should be reviewed by a lawyer.
